Applying custom branding
To help learners feel more at home and reinforce your brand, you can customize the Geenio interface to align with your organization's image. You can replace both the standard Geenio logo and the background image with custom ones.
To change the branding, log in to Geenio, open the Settings tab, and click Branding. Both the logo and the background image can be changed here.
To change the logo, click Upload in the Change Logo section and select the image file containing the custom logo. The file must be a PNG image containing your logo on a transparent background, no larger than 100x60 pixels.
The logo is displayed both vertically and horizontally on different screens, so make sure that it looks nice both in portrait and landscape orientation. Also note that due to the fact that your logo will be displayed against a dark gray background, dark colors will work poorly, and bright ones are to be preferred.
If you have performed the procedure, but the logo did not change, most likely it does not meet the requirements. Make sure that the image does not exceed 100x60 pixels in size, and that the background is transparent.
To revert to the default Geenio logo, click Remove in the Change Logo section. If you have uploaded a custom logo, you need to remove it before you can upload a different one.
To change the background, click Upload in the Change Background section and select the image file containing the custom background. If the image you are uploading is especially large, do not be alarmed if the background goes white for some time. The new background will be applied as soon as the file finishes loading.
To revert to the default Geenio background, click Remove in the Change Background section. If you have uploaded a custom background, you need to remove it before you can upload a different one.
