Setup payment information
If you plan to use Geenio professionally, it is necessary to subscribe to at least one paid plan or to upgrade your trial subscription to a paid plan. If you have subscribed to at least one paid plan in Geenio, it is necessary to pay recurring subscription fees to ensure continued access to your account. To do that, you need to set up your payment information.
You are asked to provide your payment information when you create a subscription based on a paid plan, and Geenio stores this information for future payments. However, you can set up your payment information first if you want. And if your payment information changes, you can always update it in Geenio.
To set up your payment information, log in to your Geenio account, open the Billing tab and click Edit link next to Payment method heading.
Choose the preferred payment method, add your payment information and billing address and click Save.
To update your payment information, log in to your Geenio account, open the Billing tab and click Edit. Update your payment information and/or billing address, as necessary, and click Save.
