To see the statistics for a particular group, open the Team tab and choose Groups, click the name of the group whose statistics you want to see, and then click Statistics. You are presented with the following information:

Overall

All learners in any group are separated into five distinct categories. Here you can see how many learners belong to each of them. Here is a description of the categories:

  • Leaders (represented by a teal dot). Learners who have completed a large percentage of the courses assigned to the group and whose average result score is high.
  • Challengers (represented by a blue dot). Learners who have completed a small percentage of the courses assigned to the group and whose average result score is high.
  • Outsiders (represented by a red dot). Learners who have completed a large percentage of the courses assigned to the group and whose average result score is low.
  • Beginners (represented by a yellow dot). Learners who have completed a small percentage of the courses assigned to the group and whose average result score is low.
  • Not Active. Learners who have not yet completed any of the courses assigned to the group.

User Leaderboard

This graph shows all the learners in the group that have completed at least one of the courses assigned to the group. The X axis denotes the average result score, and the Y axis denotes the number of courses assigned to the group that the learner has completed. This means that, for example, Leaders are rated highly on both axes, while Outsiders are rated highly on the Y axis, but poorly on the X axis.

Every learner is represented on the graph by a dot of the color corresponding to his or her category within the group. Mousing over a dot displays a pop-up showing how many courses assigned to the group the learner has completed and his or her average result score. Clicking a dot opens the User details menu displaying the list of all learners in the group that have completed at least one of the courses assigned to the group. For every learner, the following information is displayed: the learner's username, the number of courses assigned to the group that the learner has completed, and his or her average result score.

Group Activity

This graph displays the group activity history for the past week, month, or since creation. The X axis denotes time units, which change depending on the selected time scope, and the Y axis denotes the number of courses assigned to and completed by the members of the group.

Whenever a course is assigned to the group, the Assigns value (indicated by the pale green bar) goes up by the number of learners in the group (as every learner in the group is assigned the course). Whenever a member of the group completes a course assigned to the group, the Completions value (indicated by the dark green bar) goes up by one. A significant discrepancy between the number of assigns and the number of completions indicates that few users of the group complete the assigned courses.

Not Active Users

Here you can see the list of learners in the group that have not yet completed any of the courses assigned to the group.
